Centered on "real-scene simulation, hands-on practice, and real-time explanation," the drill focused on key links including fire alarm, standardized reporting, emergency evacuation, casualty rescue, and fire suppression. The goal was to ensure every employee masters the fire emergency plan process, enhances self-rescue skills, and jointly builds a solid line of defense for the company's safe production.
As the simulated fire alarm sounded, employees at all positions responded promptly. Under the guidance of on-site commanders, they bent down, covered their mouths and noses, and evacuated quickly and orderly along predetermined routes to the designated safe assembly point.
During the drill, instructors from the local fire brigade provided professional fire-fighting skills training to all Baoshili employees.
On-site, the instructors demonstrated the "lift, pull, hold, squeeze" operation steps for fire extinguishers and emphasized the usage of fire hydrants—including how to quickly deploy fire hoses and make precise connections—breaking down each key operation to ensure every participant understood and mastered the skills. After the explanation, employees actively participated in hands-on practice. Under the instructors' patient guidance, they gradually became proficient in the correct use of fire-fighting equipment, effectively improving their emergency disposal capabilities.
A natural gas leakage emergency drill was added to this year's event. Upon detecting the simulated leakage, on-site personnel immediately initiated a series of emergency measures, including alarming, emergency power cutoff, and window ventilation. Throughout the process, the emergency team collaborated closely, demonstrating excellent performance from hazard detection to control. This drill effectively enhanced employees' emergency response capabilities in handling specific incidents such as natural gas leaks.
Subsequently, the instructors conducted a "Fire Safety Lecture" in the meeting room. Covering fire extinguisher usage, safety knowledge popularization, and integrating practice with theory, the comprehensive training further reinforced employees' awareness of fire safety importance.
Fire safety is closely related to personal lives and serves as the cornerstone of the company's stable development. All employees must always keep the safety string taut, maintain vigilance, strengthen daily inspections, eliminate potential hazards, and jointly create a safe and stable working environment.
